Legal Information

1. Definitions

“Site” — the Psycon.ua web resource and its subdomains.
“Organizer” — Individual Entrepreneur Olga Korolik and/or Individual Entrepreneur Ihor Korolik (hereinafter referred to as IE Korolik).
“User” / “Participant” — an individual who accepts the terms of this Legal Information and/or makes a payment.
“Ticket” / “Access” — electronic confirmation of the right to participate in an event or view video materials.
“WayForPay” — a payment service provider used for bank card acquiring.
“Program” — any seminar, webinar, course, or recording offered by the Organizer.

2. Public Offer

2.1. Subject

The Organizer provides the User with paid access to the Program in accordance with the selected ticket/tariff.

2.2. Acceptance

The fact of successful payment via WayForPay is considered unconditional acceptance of this offer.
The User is responsible for providing accurate contact information during registration.

2.3. Rights and Obligations

The User agrees to follow the participation rules (see §3).
The Organizer has the right to suspend access if these rules are violated.
The Organizer undertakes to provide access to the Program within the declared timeframe.
It is prohibited to copy, record, or otherwise distribute materials without the written consent of the copyright holder.

2.4. Liability and Force Majeure

The Parties shall not be liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure circumstances (see §10).

3. Participation Rules and Code of Conduct

Photography, video recording, audio recording, screen casting, and screenshots are strictly prohibited.
Questions to lecturers may only be asked during time allocated by the moderator.
The Organizer may use any widely available platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.).
The User is responsible for ensuring their own internet connection, equipment, and up-to-date software.
The Organizer may change technical streaming tools if it does not affect the essence of the service.

4. Ordering and Payment Procedure

4.1. Procedure:

1. Select the Program on the Site.
2. Fill out the order form.
3. Make payment via the WayForPay payment widget.
4. Receive e-mail confirmation and automatic status update in the Virtual Cabinet.

4.2. Payment Methods
Visa, Mastercard bank cards, and digital wallets (Apple Pay / Google Pay).
All payments are processed via WayForPay (PCI DSS, 3-D Secure v2, TLS 1.2 encryption).

4.3. Security
WayForPay complies with PCI DSS Level 1, supports 3-D Secure v2, and encrypts data via TLS 1.2.
The platform does not store user payment data.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are possible in the following cases:

• Official cancellation or postponement of the event;
• Duplicate payment;
• Other legitimate grounds under Ukrainian law;
• Written request submitted no later than 7 calendar days before the event date.

The WayForPay commission (acquiring fee) is non-refundable and deducted from the User.
Requests should be sent to olga@psycon.com.ua with the subject “Refund”.
Review period — up to 14 calendar days.

7. Personal Data Protection

Data is processed only within the territory of Ukraine.
The Organizer processes: full name, e-mail, phone number, IP address, and transaction data (via WayForPay).
Legal basis — Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
Purpose — contract performance, email updates (with consent), analytics, and issuance of electronic certificates.
Data retention period — 5 years or longer, if required by tax/financial legislation.
Data is shared only with WayForPay and the mailing service provider.
Users have the right to access, rectify, or delete their data upon request.
Marketing emails are sent only with the User’s explicit consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to Program content belong to the lecturers and/or Organizer.
It is prohibited to copy, record, distribute, or transfer materials without written permission.
Violation of intellectual property rights may lead to access suspension and legal liability.

9. Liability and Technical Limitations

The User is responsible for their own internet connection, equipment, and software.
The Organizer is not liable for access delays, interruptions, or technical issues on the User’s or third parties’ side.
The Organizer’s liability is limited to the actual ticket price paid.
The User confirms that access to the Program depends on their own setup and connection.
The User agrees not to use any tools or technologies (e.g., VPN/Proxy) to bypass content protection.
Access and use of materials are limited to participation in the Program only. Copying, publishing, redistribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without written consent from Psycon and the rights holders.
By accepting the public offer during registration or payment, the User confirms awareness and agreement with these terms.

10. Force Majeure

In case of war, disasters, pandemics, power outages, or other force majeure, the Organizer may postpone the event or provide a recording. Each case is handled individually.

11. Changes to Legal Information

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes. The current version is published on the Site. In case of significant changes, the User will be notified by e-mail no later than 5 days before they take effect.
