Registration and Account

📌 Do I need to create an account to purchase access to the training?
Yes, registration is required — the livestream, recordings, and certificate will be stored in your Personal Account.

📌 How can I change my password or email?
Log in to your Personal Account → “Change password” → make changes → confirm.

Payment and Invoices

📌 What payment methods are supported?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay — via the secure online payment system WayForPay.

📌 Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Please contact us at olga@psycon.com.ua.

📌 My payment isn’t going through. What should I do?
Check your card limit and internet payments settings, 3‑D Secure, and your internet connection. If the issue persists — send a screenshot of the error to olga@psycon.com.ua, and we’ll try to help.

Tickets and Confirmation

📌 What confirms that my payment was successful?
You’ll receive a confirmation email from WayForPay, and the purchased content will appear in your Personal Account.

📌 I didn’t receive a confirmation email.
Please check your Spam/Promotions folders. Still nothing? — email us with the address you used for registration.

Refunds

📌 What is your refund policy?
Refunds are possible up to 7 days before the event or in case of duplicate payment. The WayForPay processing fee is non-refundable. Send your request with the subject “REFUND” to olga@psycon.com.ua.

📌 I paid twice. How do I get a refund?
Email olga@psycon.com.ua with the subject “Duplicate payment” and attach your receipt. We will process the refund within 14 days.

Access to Content

📌 How long will the event recording be available?
The recording is available for the duration specified in the plan you purchased. The exact access period is shown in your Personal Account.

📌 What are the technical requirements for viewing?
Internet ≥ 10 Mbps, modern browser (Chrome / Firefox / Safari 12+), speakers or headphones. Some events may require Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Discounts and Certificates

📌 Are there any discounts?
Yes, for members of the National Psychological Association of Ukraine (as listed in the current register). Please contact support to confirm eligibility.

📌 Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, a PDF certificate will be available in your Personal Account.
